Maintenance Service Division is mainly responsible for providing a contractual maintenance service to customer through a different services scope offering including but not limited to Service Level Agreement (SLA), IT Staff Outsourcing, Per-Call Service, Advent Spare Part Service, Service Assistant Center. Sufficient spare parts stock are stored and ready any time for any immediate replacement for the customers covering from common device up to the enterprise boxes. Last but not least, we are the Authorized Service Partner (ASP) for IBM, Dell EMC, HPE, Hitachi Vantara, and Huawei where we are authorized to represent our partners to perform the field service support to those clients in country. Field service would cover project implementation, part replacement, trouble shooting (remote/on-site). Completed human resources and qualification have been equipped to our engineers whereby they have quite competent technical knowledge to serve every case and every customer very well.
